Website Design: Vegetable Gardens for Food Sustainability
This project focuses on designing a website under the theme “Consume Smarter,” addressing the issue of food sustainability. The website highlights how starting a vegetable garden can be a small but impactful solution to this growing problem. Targeted at individuals aged 20 to 40, the design aims to make the idea of vegetable gardening approachable and appealing through clear information and engaging visuals.
Key elements of the website include educational content with key facts and statistics about food sustainability, paired with simple, actionable steps for viewers to start their own gardens. To enhance its appeal, I created custom illustrations that emphasise the freshness and health benefits of growing your own vegetables. These visuals, designed with a playful, cartoon-like style.
